Strong(Hu)man
With the debut competition in 2010 at Sportsfest in Allentown, PA, Briggs began a 12-year career in Strong(hu)man. Winning many local competitions led to competing at NAS (now Strongman Corp) Nationals in 2013, 2014 and 2016, finishing top ten in the latter two years. Beginning in 2014, Briggs began competing for world championships, at the Arnold Amateur World Strongest Man Championships in 2014 and 2015. In 2017, Official Strongman Games, a new world level competition in the sport began, and that is where a new world record was set in the atlas stone run. In the following year, 2018, the culmination of a 12-year Strong(hu)man career led to a LW181 US Strongest Man and U80kg World's Strongest Man honors. From 2021 to 2022, Briggs finished his career with two top ten finishes at the Official Strongman Games and Arnold Amateur World's Strongest Man Championships.
STRENGTH COACH
'I want to help you realize your own strength'
In 2017, Briggs started as a group fitness coach focusing mostly on kettlebells and calisthenics. From there, the experience grew to include conventional strength and conditioning, powerlifting, Strong(hu)man and youth group classes. By combining the experiences, Briggs has created a Multi-Dimensional approach to training. The Multi-Dimensional Training Method focuses on improving mobility and strength for the everyday athlete using nonconventional movements and progressive training methods to achieve your goals.
PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER
''The A$$ET' Adonis Briggs arrives on the set'
An open house at House of Glory pro wrestling school began the journey in August, 2022 and Adonis Briggs was born. Briggs' first appearance came shortly afterwards in LPW Legacy battle royal in May, 2023. With an injury forcing an 8 month recovery, the hunger and drive needed to remain consistent. The inevitable return happened around a year after in May at another battle royal. One month later in late June, Adonis Briggs made in impact debuting Cash Grab with tag team partner, Lenny Earl Cash. Our NYC debut finally came at LPW Uncompromised, November 16th in Jamaica, Queens, NYC.
